Dr. Albert Yanez II is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Bachelor’s in Integrative Health from Arizona State University. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer West and has specialized in sports and athletic rehabilitation. Dr. Yanez is certified in advanced techniques including Graston, Functional Range Conditioning, and extracorporeal shockwave therapy. Prior to establishing his practice, he spent three years treating patients at Apple Park in Cupertino, where he developed a deep understanding of the demands placed on active professionals.
Dr. Yanez’s passion for rehabilitation stems from his own experience with a debilitating back injury that caused severe tingling and numbness down his legs. After successful treatment with chiropractic and physical therapy, he realized that returning to activity was just as crucial as pain relief.
This realization inspired him to create a model that bridges the gap between recovery and performance, helping others regain their active lifestyles.
Located in the heart of San Diego, Rx Rehab and Performance serves active adults in areas including La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Valley, Little Italy, Clairemont, and Bay Ho.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or seeking to enhance your performance, Dr. Yanez provides the expertise and personalized care to help you achieve your goals.
At Rx Rehab and Performance, Dr. Yanez offers individualized, one-on-one care that blends modern rehabilitation with performance-based therapies.
