Chiropractic care addresses how your body moves and functions as a whole. We use hands-on techniques—including adjustments, soft tissue work, and movement training—to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve performance. An adjustment is a precise, controlled movement applied to a joint to restore range of motion and optimize function. But it's just one tool in our approach. We combine chiropractic with rehabilitation strategies to solve problems at the source, not just chase symptoms.

We're not a "crack and go" clinic. Every session is one-on-one for a full 60 minutes—just you and Dr. Yanez. That time allows us to dig into the root cause of your issue and apply multiple techniques tailored to how you move and what you need to accomplish. You're not getting cookie-cutter exercises or temporary relief. You're getting a comprehensive game plan that bridges rehabilitation and performance. The goal isn't just pain-free—it's getting you back to doing what you love, stronger than before. Everything you need to reach that goal is included in your personalized plan of care.

Chiropractic care is safe and shouldn't hurt. Some patients feel mild soreness the next day as their body adapts to changes in movement and tissue—similar to how you might feel after a solid workout. That tenderness typically resolves within 24-48 hours. We meet you where you're at and adjust our approach based on your comfort level.

Not even close. Adjustments are just one piece of the puzzle. We use Graston technique, cupping, dynamic taping, joint mobilization, myofascial release, functional strength training, movement assessment, and more. Your plan includes whatever tools you need to solve the problem—not what fits into a predetermined template. That's the difference between managing symptoms and actually fixing what's broken.

We're a cash-based practice, which means we're not limited by insurance restrictions on how we treat you. You pay for your personalized plan of care, and everything you need to reach your goals is included—no surprise bills, no fighting with your insurance for approval on techniques that actually work.

We provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This gives you the freedom to have that conversation with your insurer while we focus on giving you the highest quality care without compromise. Our commitment is to you, not your insurance company's bottom line.

We'll tell you exactly that after your first evaluation. Based on your condition, how your body responds to treatment, and what you're trying to achieve, we'll map out a clear plan—"It's going to take X visits to tackle your problem."

Your job is simple: show up and follow the plan. Our job is to get you there. Some patients need 6 sessions, others need 12+ seassions—it all depends on the complexity of your issue and your goals. But you'll know the roadmap before you commit, not months into treatment.
