Dr. Yanez will wrap specialized tourniquet cuffs around the upper portion of your arms or legs. The pressure is calibrated specifically for you – tight enough to partially restrict blood flow, but never painful or unsafe.

Once the cuffs are on, you'll do low-load exercises – think light weights, bodyweight movements, or resistance bands. Your muscles will fatigue fast. That burning, pumped sensation you'd normally only get from heavy lifting? You'll feel it with a fraction of the weight.
