FRC is active, focused, and mentally demanding. Dr. Yanez will guide you through controlled isometric contractions at your joint's current limits – you'll be creating tension and working against resistance while holding challenging positions.

Exercises might include PAILs/RAILs (Progressive and Regressive Angular Isometric Loading) – where you're actively pushing into and pulling out of your end ranges. Or Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) – where you're actively moving joints through their full available range with precision and control.

We're not a "crack and go" clinic. Every session is one-on-one for a full 60 minutes—just you and Dr. Yanez. That time allows us to dig into the root cause of your issue and apply multiple techniques tailored to how you move and what you need to accomplish. You're not getting cookie-cutter exercises or temporary relief. You're getting a comprehensive game plan that bridges rehabilitation and performance. We provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This gives you the freedom to have that conversation with your insurer while we focus on giving you the highest quality care without compromise. We'll tell you exactly that after your first evaluation. Based on your condition, how your body responds to treatment, and what you're trying to achieve, we'll map out a clear plan—"It's going to take X visits to tackle your problem."
